We want to make sure we listen to all your views about the proposal to build a new Academy in Cheltenham on the site of Kingsmead School.
If you are unable to attend the consultation meetings but have questions or want to make your views known to us, please complete the feedback form below.
In order to create the proposed Academy, the Governing Body of Christ College, together with the two Dioceses, would need to close Christ College on 31 August 2011 so the new Academy could open the next day on 1 September 2011. The Dioceses, the Governing Body and Gloucestershire County Council would like to hear your views, so please complete the separate form here {link to closure form page} about the proposal to close Christ College.
You can print out in the form and return it to us by placing it in the Academy letter box at the reception of Christ College or handing it to one of the organisers at the public meetings or posting it to:

All of the feedback will be presented to the Cabinet of Gloucestershire County Council who will consider it and decide if it is appropriate to issue a School Closure Notice. If this happens, a statutory notice will be published for a further six week period where written comments can be made directly to Gloucestershire County Council.
Thank you for completing this form.
